Guava Fruit Juice

Guava Juice

Ingredients:

4 medium ripe guava
         1/2 glass of sugar
         1 glass of non-fat milk
         3 glasses of cold water

Preparation :

1. cut guavas into halves.
 2.mix the guava and the other engredients and blend in  food processor.
3.strain the juice and discard the remaining seeds.
4. Pour over the glass and add crushed ice.makes 5 glasses.
