Ingredients
4 Tbsps olive oil
1 whole garlic
1 big onion, minced
4 tomato, minced, peeled and seedless
1 tsp paprika
2 cups rice
1 Liter chicken stock
1½ cup canned chick-pea
3 Tbsps raisin, soaked in water
Salt & pepper
Method
• Heat the oil in a pan (suitable for oven). Add garlic and stir then onion and fry for 5 min until change its color over a medium heat then keep them aside.
• High the heat, add the tomato and stir.
• Add paprika, salt and pepper, leave until it become thick for (few min.).
• Add rice and stock. Leave the mixture to stir. Add chickpea.
• Clarify the raisin and add it then stir slowly.
• Low the heat, add the garlic and onion on the top of the pan.
• Cover and put in oven temperature 350 F (180 0C) until totally cooked.
